My first visit was such a disappointment, there will not be another. Steak that came highly recommended by our server was tough, not only to chew, but to cut, as I had to use a bread and butter knife. Ordered it med-rare, got it raw. I pleasantly sent my meal back asking that the steak be cooked a little more. Got my steak back on a little bread plate, all by itself. Only when I asked where the rest of my meal went, did I get yet another little bread plate with what remained on my original plate. Also had to ask for cuttlery. Latte was cold, and had to send that back as well. Greeting at the door was polite, but without a smile or any pleasantries. I do a considerable amount of business travel and eat in restaurants all over the world. This has to have been one of my greatest restaurant disappointments. And in my hometown yet! I will recommend this restaurant to no one.
